I spent 3 weeks searching for what suited me best to help set up my business. Ease of use, affordable and help if I needed it. Simply Invoice has all this and more. If I don’t understand anything, the response is quick and very professional. I don’t know a single company that will re-programme the software to suit your own personal needs at no extra cost. Everyone benefits from each other’s ideas. It also looks very professional too.
I have very little PC knowledge and I love using this software. I believe Simply Invoice is one of the best programmes on the market and is excellent value for money.

Not being the best at IT the system was simple and easy to configure for our specific requirements but at the same time highly effective. That said the after service is second to none. Whenever I had a any queries, the staff were always at hand to help.

I purchased Simply Invoice after having downloaded at least 5 trial invoicing programs. It was the easiest by far to use and I didn't need to attend a college course just to enter my stock and customers. Any queries I have had have been dealt with quickly. I have been using Simply Invoice for my online business for 6 months now.
I migrated from Sage which I found to be far too rigid for simple invoicing. I have found it really easy to create invoices with discounts, issue vouchers, credit returned goods and add new customers. I use the built-in email utility to email orders to my suppliers and extract the customer details for newsletter mailshots.
I don’t use the bookkeeping modules for my final accounts however I still find it useful for reference and tracking my progress. The technical support has been great and I recommend this software to any small business needing to create professional invoices and manage stock levels and costs.

As a growing musical instrument mail order business we were looking for a programme which would take care of entering our stock inventory, create and receive purchase orders to suppliers, create invoices to customers and produce quotations. After an exhaustive search, most of the systems we looked at were priced in four figures, had far too many features we would never use, and as a consequence required an expensive, ongoing product support subscription just to understand the complexities. In addition, with these other programmes each individual terminal on the network required another large financial outlay.
The beauty of Simply Invoice is as the name implies, its simplicity as well as incredible value for money. It is intuitive to use and quick to respond. You can see your current stock levels and values at the flick of a mouse and also track sales data for each individual product within a user definable period. As you receive purchase orders and create customer invoices, product stock levels are automatically updated on the database. Improvements are constantly being made in the frequent updates, many as a result of the user's wish lists.
Human support is always available when occasionally needed, direct from the developer at the end of the phone.
We've yet to investigate the accounting features as this is taken care of elsewhere, but they look pretty useful.
All in all the best fifty quid's worth we've ever spent.

I would just like to put on record how pleased I have been with Simply Invoice since I bought our first package over a year ago.
I first discovered it surfing the net one night at home. Our company had been looking at a number of invoicing and stock control packages over several months, and although they all looked quite good the prices we were being quoted was not, they were in the thousands! that's when I stumbled across Simply Invoice.
I thought for the price this probably would not be up to the job, but I took a gamble on the free trial! and to my amazement it had everything we needed so I paid for one package and started loading our stock on to it. I have got to say, it’s the best buy I have made.
We soon bought four more copies for the other computers on our network and it has been great. One of the reps from the other companies trying to sell us their product laughed when I told him what I had bought, and the price we had paid and he said he would call me in 6 months to find out how I was getting on, I am still waiting for his call.
So I would like to recommend Simply Invoice to any small or medium size business out there even if you need it to only make professional looking invoices without the stock control side of it, it’s a lot cheaper than printed invoices and a record of it is stored on the computer so if you need a copy any time it saves a lot of time trying to find it in a file or box somewhere.
Simply Invoice is a great find in so many ways. I run a small confectionery business in Sussex, after 30 years of hand writing invoices and stock, I realised I would need a computerized database due to a new partner joining the company. I had no idea where to start as I had been writing out my invoices for 30 years and my business collegue found it too overwhelming to learn how the system worked.
I came across Simply Invoice, after just 4 days and a purchase of a laptop we were up and running! Simply Invoice is easy to use, comfortable, and reliable. You do not need to be a computer whizz to use this software, I myself am not computer knowledgable.
My invoices are now printed and done in front of the customer in less than 30 seconds, I have a database of stock that notifies me when I am low on a product, the features are amazing and you get far more than you pay for.
You also get a lifetime of support on the phone and online. The product is constantly being improved, so you are able to get new features added to the software with one simple download at NO extra cost!!! who else would go out of their way to constantly be there for your needs.
I would recommend Simply Invoice to anyone looking to update and improve their business at home or in the office.
