ABOUT RMA(RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION) The Return Merchandise Authorisation screen comes into its own if the user has logged into the syatem all the serial numbers of the items that they have purchased via the PO screen and sold via the Invoice screen. If you have an item come back to you that is faulty and you had entered the serial number(s) in the PO and Invoice screens then tracking the item is really simple. It would work to your advantage to purchase a barcode scanner but it is not necessary. By entering the item serial number into the RMA screen you can quickly and easily see when you purchased and sold the item is question. Simply Invoice will visually let you know if the item is out of warrenty (over 12 months old from invoice sale date).
With this sort of tracking capability you can see why customers decide to use Simply Invoice for all there purchasing. By entering the serial numbers into the corresponding POs and Invoices, tracking problems become a thing of the past.
