QUOTE DETAILS

This screen is where you create your quotes. This is a lot like the invoice screen but scaled down for quoting. With the option of using upto 3 different sale rates and a active profit meter, you can quickly and easily adjust the bar and see how much profit you can make on any quote. This active profit meter differs from the invoice profit meter simply because you can adjust the meter in the quote screen. Once you have adjusted the profit meter you can save the quote. The quote items will adjust according to the amount of profit you want to from your customer.

By pressing the F2 key, you can either show or hide the quote cost/profit information.

Once you have created a quote and saved it, you can convert that quote into an invoice at any time by pressing the 'convert to invoice button'.

You can email any quote to your customers. The email will be sent via your default email program. No cutting or pasting is required to send the information.

You can mix and match Taxable and none Taxable items on the same quote. Simply Invoice will sort it all out for you. For example you might sell a mobile phone +TAX and a cookery book on the same Invoice. Books in the UK don't carry any TAX charges.

The quotes screen is basically a cut down version of the invoice screen. Not only have you got the 3 sell bands but you can also adjust the profit from 0%(Cost price) to 500%.
