UK Postcode/Address lookup

Simply Invoice can search for addresses listed in the UK online postcode database. By using this feature, Simply Invoice can automatically fill in your customers full postal address details. If your customer is a business, Simply Invoice might even fill in their business name. All you need to know is your customers postcode. No more slow typing or misspelling of address details.

Once you have entered your customers postcode into the system, Simply Invoice will display all the building names or numbers with their full UK postal address. The results equates to the postcode you entered into the system. Once you find the address you're looking for, all you have to do is double click on the address and Simply Invoice will fill in all the details for you.

You can use this feature to accurately fill in your customers address details in quotes, invoices and the contact management screen.

The UK postcode database is supplied by a 3rd party company. The database itself is updated and maintained by the Royal Mail. This means that all the information held within the database is accurate.

There is a small fee involved for retrieving your customers address details from the database.
