Purchase Orders Details

This screen is where you create the purchase orders. You can quickly and easily see how many items you have ordered from your supplier and if you have any in stock.

Simply invoice has got a built in inventory/stock item control system which can be set up on a per item basis. When you receive items that relate to a certain PO, all you have to do is enter the amount of items you have received and Simply Invoice will add the quantity to your item list, that is if you have that particular item inventory/stock controlled. You can go back into a saved PO and change the quantities accordingly. Simply Invoice will either add to or deduct the quantity from inventory/stock. This works in conjunction with the inventory/stock item control screen.

You can also mix and match Taxable and none Taxable items on the same PO, SImply Invoice will sort it all out for you. For example you might sell a mobile phone +TAX and a cookery book on the same PO. Books in the UK don't carry any TAX charges.
